What a session covers

The same five things every time. Three of them are things a brokerage does not usually put on a screen in front of strangers.

How a project gets scored, on screen: We open the model on a live project and walk the inputs: registered transfers in the building, filed rents for comparable units, the service charge per square foot, the developer delivery record.
A project we said do not buy: Including one whose developer pays a commission. A verdict that can cost us the sale is the part worth watching, and it is the part nobody else shows.
What it costs, in full, with the rebate: Representation is AED 30,000, including VAT, in three stages, the same on off-plan and on resale. Any developer commission Oliva receives is rebated to you in full. The schedule goes on screen.
Buying from abroad, end to end: Reservation, SPA, Oqood registration, payment plan, handover, snagging and letting. What you have to be present for and what you do not.
Your questions, answered live: Unscripted, and by the licensed broker rather than by a presenter reading a deck.

One broker runs the session and answers the questions, and it is the same person you deal with afterwards. There is no presenter, no panel and no handover to a sales desk.
