Introduce someone, without it costing them anything

Representation costs AED 30,000, including VAT whoever you are and however you arrived, and any developer commission Oliva receives is rebated to the client in full. An introduction from you cannot make the person you send us pay more, because there is no margin in it to move.

Send it to whoever you had in mind. They open it, they read what we do, and they decide for themselves whether to book. We never contact them before they do.

The introduction is recorded against your name
From the moment they arrive on your link. What you receive, what has to happen for it to fall due and when it is paid are set out in the one-page agreement we send you before you introduce anyone.

What you get

It is set in the agreement we send you, and it is agreed before you introduce anyone rather than after. We do not print a figure on this page, because a figure printed here would be one we could change on a Tuesday. One signed by both of us is one you can hold us to.

The agreement is one page. It states the amount, what has to happen for it to fall due, and when it is paid. Ask for your link and it comes with it.

What we will not do with an introduction

We never ask you for your friend’s email address or phone number. You pass on a link; they choose whether to use it.
If they engage us, we tell them the introduction came from you. Oliva is a licensed brokerage and an undisclosed introducer arrangement is not one we will run.
Nothing is paid on a handshake. If it is not in the written agreement, it does not fall due, and we will not agree to a reward after the fact to settle an argument.
An introduction does not buy a recommendation. If the unit they want does not clear our tests, the report says do not buy, whoever sent them.

If you introduce clients for a living

Wealth managers, tax advisers, relocation firms and brokers outside the UAE work on a different arrangement from a one-off introduction. It runs on a signed partner agreement rather than on the one-page note above.

The agreement sets the terms, in writing, first: The commission, the length of the term and any per-deal bonus are written into it and signed before a single introduction is made. Nothing is left to be settled later.
Your client’s side does not change: They pay the published AED 30,000, including VAT, in the same three stages, and the developer commission is rebated to them in full. What we pay you comes out of our side, never theirs, and we tell them the arrangement exists.
How to start: Use the same form and tell us the firm you are with when we reply. We come back with the agreement and the questions we have to ask about your own licensing.
