Working at Oliva

We hire rarely and we hire specifically. There is no list of open roles on this page, and there is no form. If the work below is work you can do, write to us and say so.

What the work is

Licensed work, done by licensed people: Oliva holds RERA BRN 1573501 and DLD broker card 92025. Anything that touches a client’s transaction is done by someone registered to do it, and the licence numbers are published on every page of this site.
The argument is the data: Every recommendation traces to a registered DLD transfer, a filed Ejari contract or a filed service charge, across 785 projects and 65,899 priced units. Opinions that do not trace to a register do not survive the review.
Nothing rides on which project sells: The client fee is published and any developer commission is rebated to the client in full, so nobody here is paid more for steering a buyer toward one tower over another. The report is allowed to end in do not buy, and it does.
One market, taken seriously: Dubai off-plan, and nothing else. No second country, no side products. The depth is the whole proposition.

Two notes we always read

Whether or not anything is open at the time it arrives.

A RERA-registered broker: Someone who already holds a BRN, knows the developers and the trustee offices, and is comfortable telling a buyer that the unit they have fallen for is the wrong unit. Send your BRN with your note.
Someone who works with property data: SQL, Python and an instinct for when a dataset is lying. Transfer registers, rent filings and service-charge budgets, joined badly by the sources and cleaned by us. Send something you built, not a list of tools.
