Javier Sanz

Javier's career started in private equity at Gala Capital in Madrid, working on mid-market M&A, restructurings, and portfolio analysis across Southern Europe. He then ran global operations at Emoji Company, the Universal Studios licensing partner, building a €300M-revenue IP-licensing business across more than 30 markets including the UAE.

From 2017 to 2024 he was President and CEO of Ninety Nine, an ESMA-regulated digital broker-dealer he founded and scaled to 5M+ users and €5B in daily volume across all 27 EU markets via MiFID II passporting, plus the UK under FCA. He pivoted the business from B2C into B2B BaaS infrastructure for four of the world's twenty largest banks, then sold the institutional platform to a tier-one investment bank, with the retail business divested to ABN Amro.

Javier started buying Dubai property with his own capital and found the data was scattered across DLD, RERA, Ejari, Mollak, KHDA and the RTA, with no unified way to compare projects.
