The rules
1. The referred investor must be new to Oliva (no prior account, no prior contact with our team).
2. The closed property value must exceed AED 1,800,000 at the time of registration.
3. Immediate family members of the referrer and self-referrals do not qualify.
4. The reward is paid within 7 days of the developer paying their commission to Oliva. Developer payment typically follows DLD registration but can vary by project.
