For every new investor you refer who completes a property purchase

Program Rules

• Valid only for NEW investors introduced to Oliva (never previously registered)
• Property purchase value must exceed $500,000 USD
• NOT valid for immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings)
• Self-referrals are NOT permitted
• Reward paid within 30 days of deal closing (DLD transfer completion)
• Payment via bank transfer to your designated account
• No limit on number of referrals

How do I refer someone?

Our referral process is simple:

• Option 1 - Have Them Mention You: Ask your referral to mention your name and email address to their advisor. Our team will verify and credit the referral to you.
• Option 2 - Direct Introduction: Introduce your referral directly to your advisor. Your advisor will ensure the referral is properly tracked and credited to you.

Confirmation: Once we receive a referral, we will send you an email confirmation within 48 hours acknowledging the referral and explaining the next steps.

When do I receive my reward?

The $5,000 reward is paid within 30 days of the deal closing. This means after the property transfer is registered with DLD and all funds have been settled.
