Application FAQs

Who can apply to the Oliva partner program?

Brokerages, mortgage advisors, immigration consultants, family offices, and independent introducers with an active book of Dubai-bound clients. We also accept content publishers and finfluencers with audited audience demographics. Solo agents are welcome if you can show recent transaction history or qualified buyer leads.

How long does approval take?

We confirm fit within two working days of receiving your application. Approved partners receive a co-branding kit, attribution-tag generator, and a direct line to the partnerships desk within the same week. If we cannot work together we tell you why so you can address the gap and re-apply later.

What commission tiers exist?

Net commission shares range from 10 percent at the entry tier to 30 percent for top-volume brokerages with a dedicated Dubai desk. Tier placement depends on your annual closed volume with us, the quality of buyer briefs you submit, and whether the relationship is exclusive in your client market. Tiers are reviewed every quarter.

How are payouts made?

Payouts land within 14 days of the developer commission clearing into Oliva's escrow. We pay by SWIFT wire to your registered business account in the currency of your invoice (AED, USD, EUR, GBP). Statements list each deal, the gross commission, the agreed split, any FX adjustment, and the net amount paid.

Can I refer leads I already know personally?

Yes. As long as the buyer is not already in an active engagement with another Oliva broker, your introduction qualifies for the partner split. We log the lead with a timestamp the moment you submit it, so attribution is settled before any conversation with our sales desk. Pre-existing clients of yours from outside Dubai are exactly the relationships this program is built around.
