Trust is not a marketing word; it is a public log. Every developer relationship, every commission line, and every audit step we run sits on this page so that an investor never has to take our word for it.

The page is updated whenever an exception occurs. A delayed handover on a project we recommended, a developer who pulled out of a payment-plan commitment, a buyer dispute. Each entry carries a date and the corrective action taken. Nothing is removed when it stops being convenient.
