Lite report: 24 hours. Full Data Room: 30 minutes. The hard SLAs are 72 hours and 24 hours respectively. We email a signed download link to the buyer the moment the PDF is rendered.

Yes. Both reports are signed by a RERA-licensed analyst (BRN 1573501) and cite the DLD source on every comparable. Banks and immigration consultants accept both as supporting documentation. The Full Data Room carries materially more detail for the same application.

We accept any Dubai project. Off-plan or resale, any developer, any area. If the project does not have an Oliva Score yet, the report includes the score generation as part of the work.
